Skeleton Hands (@skeletonhands.tv) is an Ithaca-based visual and analog art project run by Anthony Cenimo and Dakota Pace. Specializing in live analog video production, vintage VHS projections, and real-time video manipulation, they bring tactile visual experimentation to local stages, showcases, and DIY spaces, including frequent installations at MACRE. Their work bridges retro hardware with contemporary visual synthesis to create immersive, evolving atmospheres.
The Brat Dondada (@the.brat.dondada) is an Ithaca-based DJ, producer, multidisciplinary artist, and "Fem Queen." A prominent voice in the local creative scene and a core member of the Spirit Posse collective, she curates soundscapes that blend deep rhythms, underground dance traditions, and personal narrative. Her original productions and tracks have been featured on the community album Ithaca Is... ("Ophelia's Reverie") alongside solo releases such as Leviathan Saint, Invincible Summer, and The Brat Dondada EP. She regularly brings her high-energy sets to local venues, nightlife spots, and community arts showcases across the region.
Together for this Ithaca Gallery Night, Skeleton Hands and The Brat Dondada merge live analog video manipulation with dynamic local sound production. Their collaborative showcase transforms the MACRE studio space into a responsive environment where real-time video synthesis meets deep musical selection, highlighting the vibrant intersection of Ithaca’s visual, musical, and underground media arts communities.
