Linda Fazzary: Transformation Tales
Linda Fazzary is a painter and mixed media artist based in Hector, NY, near Seneca Lake. A longtime resident of the Finger Lakes, she draws inspiration from the deep connections between people, animals, nature, and history. Her layered works combine painting, collage, pattern, and symbolism — inviting viewers to look beyond the surface and discover the stories woven within.
Fazzary’s background includes years of teaching art in local schools and working as a graphic designer at Cornell University. Today, she exhibits her work in galleries, art shows, and wineries throughout the region. She is a member of the State of the Art Gallery in Ithaca, the Southern Tier Arts Council, and the Trumansburg Conservatory of Fine Arts.
Linda Fazzary’s work will be on view at MIX Art Gallery, 156 E. State St., 2nd Floor, Ithaca Commons, with an Ithaca Gallery Night opening reception on August 1 from 5–8 p.m., and on display through August 30.
