Two retired schoolteachers, one architect, and a writer have collaborated to bring you the May 2025 show "Painting as a Second Act" at MIX Art Gallery in Ithaca, NY. What these women have in common, besides having kids who all went through the Dryden school system, is their love of creating art. For them, painting is a source of pleasure and personal expression that gives shape and, in some cases, respite in their second acts in life.
Paintings of all sizes and different mediums will be represented.
