Judy Berrios has been a creative soul her whole life. she has been using her artistic passion in many forms from professional trained pastry chef, to crafting mom of four, to nail tech working with tiny canvases. Now, I she is on a journey to becoming a Healing Arts Guide. Her new business, Soul Crafting, allows her to help people heal through head, heart, and hand. We create healing art for the non-artist. The collection displayed this month at GreenStar is part of a body of work that is in her Neurographic Art Journaling Book. The book explains what Neurographic art is, the basics of how to do it and gives examples to inspire and color, plus pages for you to try it on your own. The book is on sale now. I also offer private lessons, group lessons, mini retreats two times a year along with my friend, a yoga instructor. You don't have to be an artist to attend one of the three styles of meditative art lessons I teach: Neurographic art, Zentangle Inspired Art and Art Journaling. I have personally used these healing arts to reconnect to my soul's purpose, move through grief, as well as, release old beliefs that no longer serve me.

Leslie Ihde says about her work: Professionally I am both an artist and a psychotherapist. I spent a few decades working in clay, and then evolved to work with large scale warm glass. During the pandemic I discovered that my glass kiln was beyond repair, and I began to paint. So while I have worked in many medium as an artist, painting is new to me. With clay, I worked with form. With glass, the form and color are mutually arising. In painting, I enter a new exploration. Paintings are two dimensional, but what might be considered a flat surface is also a story. I sculpt with paints. I combine my two fields. In private practice, I work with many creatives; encouraging artistic exploration in support of self-discovery. My creative process group works with inspiration as an adjunct to traditional psychotherapy. I enjoy helping individuals hone their creative voice and deepen their clarity about what matters most to them. Often clarity about an artistic journey becomes clarity about a life journey. I share my musings through my Substack, Inner-Art - Mysticism and the Creative Process.
