Brenna O’Toole is a painter, calligrapher, and musician in Ithaca, NY. She is inspired by the natural beauty of the world, and her soft pastel work focuses almost exclusively on landscapes and living things.

The changing moods of nature -- and, in particular, the changing nature of light -- provide a way to reflect on human emotions and explore how we project those emotions onto our environment.
